If you are using Windows-XP and
cannot see the live image, you need to download and install Microsoft Virtual
Machine. For some reason this was left out of the XP version of windows. After
many hours trying to get my Webcam streaming with Webcam32, I learned about the Java
issues that we've been suffering, learning that older versions of java could see my cam. I
learned today that if you can find and install a copy of Microsoft Java Virtual Machine,
recently discontinued,(do a Google search}, and turn off your newer java in
Explorer/tools/Internet Options/advanced/ you should be able to see critter-cam live.
Anyone using windows 95 or 98 shouldn't have any problem. Critter-Cam Live only runs from
10:00 pm to 4:00 am 7 days a week .
